Wuhan Zhuankou Yangze River Bridge, the 9th Yangtze River bridge in Wuhan, is located between Wuhan Junshan Yangtze River Bridge and Baishazhou Bridge, and is an important part and a critical project of Wuhan’s Fourth Ring Road; it is designed and built according to the standard for motorways having 8 lanes in each direction, and its designed speed is 100 kilometres per hour. With a deck width of 46 metres, it is the widest river-crossing bridge on the Yangtze River; the main bridge across the river is a 151-metre 2-pylon 2-plane steel box girder cable stayed bridge, with its main span being 760 metres.
