The Z15 plot project of the CBD core zone at Chaoyang District, Beijing, is located to the east of East Third Ring of Beijing’s Chaoyang District; it borders Jinhe East Road to the east, Guanghua Road to the north, Jinhe Road to the west, and the cultural center to the south; its west faces China World Trade Center III. The 528-meter building will be the tallest in Beijing. With “China Zun” being an ancient Chinese ceremonial vessel, and also meaning respectableness, the building stands upright and towers into the sky, thus resembling “zun” in its design concept. The architectural style of “zun” distinguishes the building from typically straight super-high-rise buildings in Beijing and endows the building solemn oriental charm among the skyscrapers in the CBD core zone. Featuring Class A office buildings, conference, commerce, sightseeing and associated services, the building is a modern one integrating Chinese aesthetic beauties and world fashion.
